New grinding system |
Our Research & Development Laboratory has studied and designed a new centrifugal grinding pump with the followings features:
. Impossibility of clogging
. High performances (11 m delivery head, 350 lt/min, grinding torque 765 Nmm) |

The residuals grinding takes place before they enter inside the pump. Therefore the residuals can enter inside the pump only if they are reduced in very little fragments unable to cause any pumping problems.
Materials improperly discharged, like tampons, wadding, condoms, etc., remain in the grinding area up to they are completely dissolved.
In this area they cannot cause clogging.
The wastewater drains, realized in the grinding area in the pump entrance, allow the liquids to enter in the pumping area also when improper materials are progressing their maceration, allowing the pump to perform its function. |
